5.2 Initial Use (Burn-Off)

  • Before first use, operate the empty oven at its maximum temperature (300°C) for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
  • Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal.

5.3 Basic Operation (Convection Baking/Air Frying)

  1. **Power On:** Plug in the oven and turn on the main power switch if available.
  2. **Set Temperature:** Use the temperature control knob or digital touch interface to set the desired cooking temperature between 50°C and 300°C.
  3. **Set Time:** Use the timer control knob or digital touch interface to set the cooking duration.
  4. **Preheat:** Allow the oven to preheat to the set temperature. The indicator light will typically turn off or change color when preheating is complete.
  5. **Load Food:** Carefully place food on the trays and slide them into the desired rack positions. Close the oven door securely.
  6. **Start Cooking:** The oven will begin cooking once the timer is set and started. The convection fans will operate to ensure even heat distribution.
  7. **Monitor:** Use the visual glass door to monitor cooking progress without opening the door.
  8. **End of Cycle:** The oven will signal when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully remove the cooked food using oven mitts.

  • During a cooking cycle, activate the manual steaming function via the dedicated control (button or knob, refer to specific control panel markings).
  • The solenoid valve will open, injecting water into the oven chamber to create steam.
  • Monitor the steaming process and deactivate the function when sufficient steam has been generated or as required by your recipe.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.

6.1 Daily Cleaning

  • **Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.**
  • **Interior:** Wipe down the interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn food residues, use a non-abrasive oven cleaner suitable for stainless steel. Rinse thoroughly with a clean damp cloth to remove all detergent residue.
  • **Exterior:** Clean the exterior stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • **Glass Door:** Clean the double glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
  • **Trays and Racks:** Wash trays and racks with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

6.2 Fan and Heating Element Cleaning

  • Periodically inspect the convection fan blades and heating elements for grease buildup.
  • Ensure the oven is unplugged and cool. Carefully wipe the fan covers and heating elements with a damp cloth. Do not spray water directly onto electrical components.

8. User Tips

  • **Preheat Thoroughly:** Always allow the oven to fully preheat for consistent cooking results, especially for baking and roasting.
  • **Don't Overcrowd:** Avoid placing too much food in the oven at once, as this can hinder air circulation and lead to uneven cooking.
  • **Rotate Trays:** For very large batches or specific items, rotating trays halfway through cooking can further enhance evenness.
  • **Use Proper Cookware:** Use oven-safe cookware that allows for good airflow around the food. Perforated trays are excellent for air frying.
  • **Utilize Steaming:** The manual steaming function is great for adding moisture to baked goods, proofing dough, or steaming vegetables. Experiment with short bursts of steam.
  • **Clean Regularly:** Frequent cleaning prevents stubborn buildup and maintains hygiene and efficiency.
