4.1. Components

5. Setup

5.1. Battery Installation

To Install Batteries:

  1. Align the battery with the battery slot on the polisher.
  2. Insert the battery firmly into the base of the machine until it clicks into place.
  3. Gently pull on the battery to ensure it is fixed securely.

To Remove Batteries:

  1. Press the release button on the battery.
  2. Slide the battery out from the battery dock.

5.2. Installing the Adhesive Disc (Polishing Pad)

  1. Make sure the polisher's power switch is off.
  2. Take the desired polishing pad (e.g., flat pad, wave pad, wool pad, sandpaper).
  3. Stick the fluffy side of the adhesive disc firmly onto the 150mm diameter self-adhesive backing pad (chassis) of the polisher.
  4. Ensure the pad is securely attached and centered.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

6.2. Waxing and Polishing

  • Apply the wax or polishing compound to the sponge dish or directly to the pad. Do not apply liquid wax directly to the vehicle surface.
  • Move the equipment at a uniform speed on the surface.
  • Work at a matching speed suitable for the task.
  • Do not press the equipment excessively; let the tool do the work.
  • Be sure to turn off the equipment before removing it from the surface.
  • For corners or grooves that are hard to reach, manual application may be necessary.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Turn off the device and remove the battery from the battery dock before cleaning.
  • Do not store it in a place with dust and dirt.
  • Use a twisted wet cloth to clean the equipment shell.
  • Do not lubricate the inside of the machine. Dust and debris may deposit on the grease.
  • Do not store it in a damp place.
  • Protect the machine from direct sunlight.
  • Recommended storage temperature: 5-20°C.
