The TMEZON 2-Wire WiFi Video Doorphone Intercom System provides secure and convenient access control and communication for your home. Featuring a 7-inch 1080P touchscreen monitor and a robust outdoor camera doorbell, this system allows for two-way audio, remote unlocking via the Tuya Smart app, and RFID card access. 3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Physical Installation
The system uses a 2-wire connection between the indoor monitor and the outdoor doorbell. An independent power supply is provided for the monitor, which must be plugged into an outlet.
- Outdoor Doorbell Dimensions: 91mm x 141mm
- Indoor Monitor Dimensions: 185mm x 127mm
- Wiring: Connect the 2-wire cable from the outdoor doorbell to the indoor monitor. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Cable Recommendations for Extension:
- For distances less than 50 meters: Use 2-core oxygen-free copper wire (2x0.55m²).
- For distances between 50-150 meters: Use 2-core oxygen-free copper wire (2x0.75m²).

3.2 Electrical Lock Wiring
The outdoor doorbell can connect to most types of electronic locks. Refer to the detailed wiring diagram for proper connection to your specific lock type (e.g., electric strike, magnetic lock). Ensure the power supply control is correctly integrated.

3.3 Tuya Smart App Setup
To enable remote monitoring and control, connect your monitor to the Tuya Smart app:
- **Set Monitor to EZ Mode:** On the indoor monitor, navigate to the network settings and select "EZ Mode" for network pairing.
- **Download and Login to Tuya Smart App:** Install the "Tuya Smart" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Log in or create an account.
- **Add Device:** In the app, select "Add Device" and then navigate to "Camera & Lock" -> "Smart Doorbell".
- **Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi:** Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The system does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Enter your Wi-Fi password in the app.
- **Pairing:** Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the device pairing process. The app will guide you through connecting the device to your Wi-Fi network.

3.4 RFID Card Setup
The system supports RFID card unlocking. Eight RFID badges are included in the package. To add new RFID cards:
- Use the set button on the outdoor doorbell panel to program new 125KHz RFID cards. Refer to the detailed instructions in the user manual for the exact procedure.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Indoor Monitor Operation
The 7-inch touchscreen monitor provides an intuitive interface with three selectable menu styles.
- Monitoring: Press the "Monitor" button on the screen to view the outdoor camera feed at any time.
- Two-Way Audio: Engage in real-time conversation with visitors at your door.
- Unlocking: Tap the unlock icon on the monitor screen to open connected electronic locks.

4.2 Tuya Smart App Functions
Once connected to the Tuya Smart app, you can:
- Remote Monitoring: View live video from the outdoor doorbell camera from anywhere.
- Two-Way Communication: Speak with visitors through your smartphone. Note that communication between the app and doorbell is half two-way; press the microphone icon to speak and release to listen.
- Remote Unlocking: Unlock your door remotely via the app.
- Motion Detection: Receive alerts and trigger recordings when motion is detected.

4.3 Automatic Recording and Playback
The monitor supports a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) for storing recordings:
- When a visitor presses the doorbell or motion is detected, the camera automatically captures photos or records videos.
- These recordings are saved to the Micro SD card.
- You can play back recordings directly from the monitor.
- Before installing, format the Micro SD card to FAT32.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the monitor screen and outdoor unit. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- SD Card Management: Regularly check the Micro SD card for storage space. Back up important recordings and format the card periodically to maintain optimal performance.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or the Tuya Smart app for any available firmware updates to ensure your system has the latest features and security enhancements.
6. Troubleshooting
- Monitor Not Ringing/Freezing:
- Check all wired connections between the doorbell and monitor(s) for looseness or damage.
- Ensure the monitor has stable power.
- If using multiple monitors, verify each is correctly paired and receiving power.
- Restart the monitor by disconnecting and reconnecting its power supply.
- App Connection Issues:
- Confirm your home Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The system does not support 5GHz networks.
- Ensure the monitor is in EZ mode during pairing.
- Check your Wi-Fi password for accuracy in the Tuya Smart app.
- Verify strong Wi-Fi signal strength at the monitor's location.
- RFID Card Not Working:
- Ensure the RFID card is a 125KHz type.
- Re-program the RFID card using the set button on the outdoor panel.
- No Video/Poor Video Quality:
- Check the camera lens for obstructions or dirt.
- Verify the wiring between the doorbell and monitor.
- Ensure adequate lighting for clear night vision.
- Forgot App Password: The system has a default password for security and privacy. Refer to your user manual for the default password and instructions on how to modify it within the Tuya Smart app.

- Multiple Monitors: This system is designed to support multiple indoor monitors (up to two as per kit configuration) and can be expanded with additional cameras. Ensure all units are properly wired and configured for seamless operation.
- Wi-Fi Compatibility: Always connect your smartphone and the monitor to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network during setup and for remote access. 5GHz networks are not supported.
- SD Card Formatting: Before initial use, format any Micro SD card (up to 128GB) to FAT32 to ensure proper recording functionality.
