Note: Some models may have a physical reset key hidden in the Aux-in port. Insert a hard stick (e.g., a paperclip) to reset the speaker.
5. How to Use
5.1 Bluetooth Mode
- Turn on the X8Pro speaker. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode (the blue light will flash).
- On your phone or Bluetooth-enabled device, turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "X8Pro" from the list to pair.
5.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Mode
True Wireless Stereo allows two X8Pro Bluetooth speakers to be paired together to play music simultaneously, providing a 3D stereo surround sound effect.
- Turn on both speakers. Ensure they are disconnected from any other Bluetooth devices.
- Hold one of the speakers and double-press the Play/Pause/TWS button. You will hear a prompt tone, indicating it has entered TWS pairing mode.
- Once connected, you will hear "Left Channel" and "Right Channel". The blue light on the main speaker (left channel) will flash, and the indicator on the auxiliary speaker (right channel) will remain solid.
- On your phone or Bluetooth-enabled device, search for "X8Pro" and connect.
- To disconnect TWS, double-press the Play/Pause/TWS button on either speaker.
- In TWS mode, only the main speaker (left channel) supports hands-free calling; the right channel speaker will be silent during calls.

5.3 TF Card Mode
- Insert a TF card (not included, max 32GB, WAV/FLAC/APE/MP3 format) into the TF card slot.
- The speaker will automatically switch to TF Card mode and begin playing audio from the card.
5.4 AUX-in Mode
- Use the included 3.5mm audio cable to connect your non-Bluetooth device to the speaker's Aux-in port.
- The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in Mode.
Note 1: The USB power supply from most computers may not meet the speaker's charging standards. Do not charge the speaker from a computer's USB port while it is operating in AUX-in mode.
5.5 Auto Power Off
The speaker will automatically power off after 20 minutes if it is not paired with any device via Bluetooth or if no sound is played after pairing. It will also power off automatically when the battery is low.

6. User Tips
- Controlling Lights: To turn the dynamic LED lights on or off, quickly double-press the EQ button.
- Battery Life Expectation: While rated for up to 30 hours, actual playtime may be closer to 20 hours at moderate (around 30%) volume levels.
- TWS Pairing: Ensure both speakers are disconnected from other Bluetooth devices before attempting TWS pairing for best results.
- Playing While Charging: The speaker can be used to play music even while it is connected to a charger.
7. Care & Maintenance
- Do not use detergents or cleaning materials containing chemicals, as they may damage the product.
- Do not disassemble the product; it contains no user-serviceable parts.
- Avoid heavy impacts to the speaker to maintain optimal performance.
- Store the product in a dry location. Dust, dirt, and moisture can accumulate and affect sound quality if stored improperly.
- Do not dispose of the product in fire, as batteries may explode or leak.
8. Troubleshooting
- Q: Speaker won't turn on.
- A: Ensure the battery is charged. Long press the power button for 3 seconds.
- Q: Cannot connect via Bluetooth.
- A: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (blue light flashing). Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "X8Pro" from the list. Ensure the speaker is not connected to another device.
- Q: TWS pairing is not working.
- A: Ensure both speakers are turned on and disconnected from any other Bluetooth devices. Double-press the Play/Pause/TWS button on one speaker to initiate TWS pairing. Follow the voice prompts.
- Q: The LED lights are not turning off.
- A: Quickly double-press the EQ button to toggle the lights on/off.
- Q: Speaker turns off automatically.
- A: This can happen if the speaker is not paired with a device or no sound is played for 20 minutes. It also turns off automatically when the battery is low. Charge the speaker.
- Q: TF card is not playing music.
- A: Ensure the TF card is formatted correctly (WAV/FLAC/APE/MP3) and its capacity is 32GB or less. Reinsert the card.
- Q: No sound in AUX-in mode.
- A: Check that the 3.5mm audio cable is securely connected to both the speaker and your device. The speaker should automatically switch to AUX-in mode.
- Q: No FM radio function.
- A: The Ortizan X8Pro speaker does not support FM radio functionality.
- Q: No app support.
- A: The Ortizan X8Pro speaker does not have a dedicated mobile application.
- Q: How to reset the speaker?
- A: If your model has a physical reset key (sometimes hidden in the Aux-in port), use a thin, hard object (like a paperclip) to press it.

Warranty Information
Your Ortizan X8Pro Bluetooth Speaker is warranted to the original owner for 12 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
