4. Setup Guide

5.3 Temperature Unit Switch (°F / °C)
You can switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) units. After changing the temperature unit in the app, it will automatically sync and update on the sensor's LCD screen.

6. Maintenance

6.2 Battery Replacement
When you receive a low battery reminder, replace the CR2032 button battery by following the steps in Section 4.2 Battery Installation.
6.3 Cleaning
Wipe the sensor with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.

- Device not connecting to app:
- Ensure you have a Zigbee gateway (hub) and it is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure the sensor has a fresh CR2032 battery installed correctly.
- Verify the sensor is in pairing mode during the setup process.
- Check the distance between the sensor and the Zigbee gateway; reduce obstacles if possible.
- Inaccurate readings:
- Ensure the sensor is not placed near heat sources (e.g., direct sunlight, heating vents) or cold drafts.
- Avoid placing the sensor in areas with high airflow or extreme humidity fluctuations (e.g., directly above a humidifier).
- Allow some time for the sensor to stabilize after initial placement or battery change.
- No display on LCD:
