- Tabata: 20 seconds of training, 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 cycles.
- FGB (Fight Gone Bad): 5 minutes of training, 1 minute of rest, repeated for 3 cycles.
- Countdown (DOWN): Set a target time for your workout. The timer counts down from the set time to zero.
- Count-up (UP): Records your training duration, counting up from zero.
- EMOM (Loop Countdown): Customize training time for continuous cycling, challenging your limits.

3. Custom Interval Mode (P1-P3)
The timer allows you to customize up to three interval programs (P1, P2, P3) with specific workout, rest, and cycle times.
- Custom Workout and Rest Time Setting:
- Press the 'Toggle key' on the remote and switch to P1 (or P2, P3). The screen will show "P1".
- Press 'SET' to enter the setting mode. The screen will show "F1 00:00".
- Use the '0-9' number keys on the remote to input the desired workout time for F1 (e.g., 01:30 for 1 minute 30 seconds).
- Press '+' or '-' on the remote to switch to the next step to set C1 (rest time), F2 (next workout time), C2 (next rest time), and so on. You can set a maximum of 9 workout times and 9 rest times.
- Press 'SET' again to save your settings when finished.
- Custom Round Setting:
- Press the 'Toggle key' on the remote and switch to the desired program (P1, P2, or P3).
- Press 'CYCLE'. The screen will show "C-C 00".
- Press 'SET' to enter the setting mode.
- Use the '0-9' number keys to input the desired number of rounds.
- Press 'SET' to save.
- Clear Custom Data:
- Press the 'Toggle key' on the remote and switch to the program (P1, P2, or P3) you wish to clear.
