Setup
Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the camera battery using the provided USB cable. Connect the camera to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator light will typically turn off or change color once fully charged.
Inserting a MicroSD Card
The camera supports MicroSD cards (not included). Ensure the card is formatted correctly (FAT32 or exFAT, depending on card size) before use. Insert the MicroSD card into the designated slot until it clicks into place. For 4K recording, a high-speed (Class 10 or UHS-I/UHS-3) MicroSD card is recommended.
Attaching the Waterproof Housing
For underwater or extreme environment use, place the camera inside the waterproof housing. Ensure the housing is clean and free of debris, and that the rubber seal is properly seated. Close the latch securely. Important: Before using underwater, perform a waterproof test by placing only the empty housing in water for 30 minutes to check for leaks.

Use the various mounts and straps provided to attach the camera to helmets, bicycles, or other surfaces. Ensure the camera is securely fastened before engaging in any activity.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power/Mode button (usually on the front or top) for a few seconds to turn the camera on or off.
Mode Switching
Press the Power/Mode button repeatedly to cycle through different modes: Video Recording, Photo Mode, Playback Mode, and Settings.
Recording Video / Taking Photos
In Video Recording mode, press the OK/Shutter button (usually on top) to start recording. Press again to stop. In Photo Mode, press the OK/Shutter button to take a picture.

To connect via WiFi:
- Turn on the camera's WiFi function (refer to the camera's on-screen menu).
- On your smartphone, search for the camera's WiFi network and connect using the password (usually displayed on the camera screen or in the full manual).

- You can now control the camera, view live footage, and transfer files from your phone.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the camera lens and screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For the waterproof housing, rinse with fresh water after saltwater use and allow to air dry. Ensure no sand or debris is trapped in the seals.
Storage
Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, remove the battery.
Battery Care
Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health. Do not expose batteries to high temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Camera won't turn on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. If the battery is removable, try reinserting it. If the issue persists, try charging with a different USB cable or power source.
- Recording stops unexpectedly:
- Check if the MicroSD card is full or if it's a low-speed card. For 4K recording, a Class 10 or UHS-I/UHS-3 card is required. Format the card if necessary (this will erase all data).
- Waterproof housing leaks:
- Immediately remove the camera from water. Check the rubber seal for any debris, cracks, or improper seating. Ensure the latch is fully closed. Always perform a dry test before deep-water use.
- WiFi connection issues:
- Ensure WiFi is enabled on the camera and your smartphone. Try restarting both devices. Verify you have the correct app and password. Keep the camera and phone within close range.
