2. Safety Instructions

5. Operating Instructions
Making Espresso:

- Place the glass carafe or your espresso cup under the portafilter spout.
- Turn the control knob to the 'Espresso' setting. The machine will begin brewing.
- Once the desired amount of espresso is brewed, turn the control knob back to the 'OFF' position.
Frothing Milk:
- Fill a pitcher with cold milk (do not fill more than halfway).
- Submerge the steam wand into the milk.
- Turn the control knob to the 'Steam' setting.
- Move the pitcher up and down slowly to create foam. Be careful as the steam wand will be hot.
- Once desired foam consistency is achieved, turn the control knob back to 'OFF'.
- Wipe the steam wand immediately after use to prevent milk residue buildup.
