Troubleshooting
Common Issues (Simple Version)
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| No response when pressing buttons | This feeder is a low-power product. The screen will lock and turn off after 60 seconds of inactivity. The feeding schedule will be dispensed normally even when the screen is off. When you press any button, the LED screen will light up but remain locked. Press and hold the "Lock" button for 3 seconds to unlock the screen. |
| Forgot the set feeding plan | Unlock the screen by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. You can then view all feeding plans. Note: If there is no operation within 10 seconds, the screen will exit the settings. Press the "Settings" button again to enter the settings interface. |
| LED screen displays "E" or "0" | If "0" appears on the screen, it indicates a food shortage. Please replenish food promptly. Otherwise, the feeder will not dispense food. If "E" appears on the screen, it indicates a food jam. Check if there are any foreign objects in the food tank or if the food is too large. |
| Feeder not dispensing food |
|
| Inconsistent food portions | The first few portions may vary, which does not mean the device is faulty. After about 6 feedings, it should be almost uniform. |
| How to restore factory settings? | In unlocked mode, press and hold (Settings) + (Up) buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to restore factory settings. |
