3. Setup
3.1. Environmental Requirements
- Only suitable for dry indoor use. Do not install or use it in humid environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies (outdoors), damp basements, or near water sources and heat sources (such as heaters, stoves, water heaters).
- The installation location must be flat and stable, away from flammable and explosive items (such as alcohol, gasoline, cartons, etc.), and at least 30cm away from combustibles.
- Avoid installing it in high places (such as above counters) or low places (such as gaps on the ground) that are easily accessible to children to prevent children from touching or plugging/unplugging by mistake.
3.2. Tool and Accessory Inspection
- Check whether the power strip body, power cord, and plug are intact, without damage, cracks, paint peeling, looseness, etc.; the power cord is not broken or exposed, and the plug metal pieces are not oxidized or deformed.
- Required tools (selected according to the installation method): screwdriver (cross/flat head), expansion screws (if wall-mounted), cable ties (to organize power cords), ensuring the tools are intact and free of rust.
- Confirm the rated parameters of the power strip (100-250V~50/60Hz), which match the indoor power supply voltage. Do not share it with high-power electrical appliances (such as air conditioners, induction cookers, water heaters) to avoid overload.
3.3. Installation Steps
Method 1: Desktop/Ground Placement (Most Common)
- Select a flat location that meets the environmental requirements, place the power strip stably, and avoid tipping or squeezing (such as the power cord being pressed by furniture).
- Organize the power cord, fix the excess cable with cable ties, avoid cable winding and pulling, and ensure the power cord is not bent or pressed.
- Slowly insert the power strip plug into the indoor wall socket, confirm that the plug is tightly inserted without looseness (no shaking after being inserted, and the indicator light is on, if equipped with an indicator light function).
- After insertion, pull the plug gently to confirm it will not fall off, then it can be used normally.
Method 2: Wall-mounted Installation (Space-saving)
- Determine the wall-mounted location, mark the drilling points on the wall with a screwdriver (position according to the number of wall-mounted holes on the back of the power strip, usually 2), and the drilling depth matches the length of the expansion screws.
- Insert the expansion tube into the drilling hole, screw the expansion screw into the expansion tube with a screwdriver, and fix it firmly (the screw head is exposed about 5mm from the wall, facilitating the hanging of the power strip).
- Align the wall-mounted holes on the back of the power strip with the wall screws, hang it stably, adjust the position, and ensure the power strip is stable without shaking.
- Organize the power cord, route it along the wall, fix it with cable ties to avoid the cable sagging and pulling; then insert the power strip plug into the wall socket and confirm it is tightly inserted.

4. Operating Instructions
- When plugging/unplugging the electrical plug, hold the plug body and insert/pull it slowly. Do not pull the power cord to plug/unplug, to avoid breakage and exposure at the connection between the power cord and the plug.
- Do not overload the power strip interface: the power of a single-hole electrical appliance shall not exceed the rated power of a single hole of the power strip, and the total power shall not exceed the rated total power of the power strip (marked on the product label). Do not connect high-power electrical appliances such as air conditioners, induction cookers, and electric heaters at the same time.
- Do not plug/unplug the plug or touch the power strip body or interface with wet hands to avoid electric shock accidents; if the surface of the power strip is contaminated with dust, disconnect the power first and wipe it with a dry cloth.
- During the use of the power strip, if abnormal conditions such as heating, scalding, peculiar smell, tripping, or indicator light going out occur, immediately disconnect the power, stop using it, and contact after-sales for maintenance. Do not disassemble it yourself.
- When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power of the power strip (pull out the plug) to avoid standby power consumption and prevent accidental short circuits.

5. Safety Precautions
- This product is only for use in dry indoor environments. Do not use it outdoors or in humid environments, and do not allow water to enter, otherwise it will cause short circuits and electric shocks.
- Children must use it under adult supervision. Do not allow children to play with the power strip or plug/unplug the plug, and do not insert metal objects (such as iron nails, keys) into the power strip interface.
- If the power strip is damaged (such as broken power cord, loose interface, cracked shell), stop using it immediately, contact professional personnel for maintenance or replacement, and do not continue to use it.
- Avoid the power strip being squeezed or hit by heavy objects, avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature baking, to prevent shell deformation and damage to internal components.
- In thunderstorm weather, it is recommended to disconnect the power of the power strip to avoid damage to the power strip and connected electrical equipment by lightning strikes.
- Do not disassemble or modify the power strip without permission, and do not replace the power cord or plug with non-original ones. Otherwise, the safety protection will be lost, safety hazards will be caused, and after-sales guarantee will not be provided.

6. Troubleshooting
| Fault Phenomenon | Possible Causes | Solutions |
|---|---|---|
| Indicator light is off, no power supply | 1. Plug not inserted tightly; 2. No power in the wall socket; 3. Power strip overload tripping; 4. Power strip damaged | 1. Reinsert the plug tightly; 2. Check if the wall socket is normal; 3. Unplug some electrical appliances and press the overload protection switch (if any); 4. Contact after-sales for maintenance |
| Power strip is hot and has peculiar smell | 1. Overload use; 2. Poor contact of plug/interface; 3. Close to heat source | 1. Immediately unplug high-power electrical appliances and stop using; 2. Check the plug/interface and reinsert tightly; 3. Move to a position away from heat source |
| Electrical plug cannot be inserted into the power strip interface | 1. Mismatched plug model; 2. Foreign objects blocked in the interface | 1. Replace with a plug of matching model; 2. After disconnecting the power, clean the foreign objects in the interface with a dry cotton swab |
7. User Tips
- Avoid Cable Modification: It is strongly advised not to replace the power cord with a longer one or modify it in any way. Unauthorized modifications can compromise safety features and void any warranty.
- Standby Power Consumption: To minimize energy waste, always disconnect the power strip from the wall socket when not in use for extended periods. This prevents any potential standby power draw from the charger ports or other internal components.
- Optimal Charging: For best charging performance, especially for laptops, use an LDNIO Super Charge cable to maximize the function of the USB ports.
8. Maintenance and Support
For any abnormal conditions, damage, or issues not covered in the troubleshooting section, immediately stop using the product and contact customer service for maintenance or replacement. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the power strip yourself, as this may lead to safety hazards and void the warranty.
