5. Troubleshooting (FAQ)
5.1 Bluetooth Connection Issues
Q: The mobile phone Bluetooth and car Bluetooth cannot be paired and connected?
A: If the Bluetooth connection fails, try turning off and on your phone's Bluetooth, then search and connect again. If the issue persists, click the "Reset" option in the car stereo's Bluetooth settings. After a few seconds, you should be able to pair and connect.
5.2 No Sound from Bluetooth Music
Q: There is no sound from Bluetooth music?
A: Ensure that the paired mobile phone has its volume output turned up.
5.3 Phone Book Download Issues
Q: There is no response when I click to download the phone book?
A: After establishing a Bluetooth connection, when you click to download the phone book, your mobile phone should receive a request to download contacts. Confirm and allow the download request on your phone.
5.4 Bluetooth Name Not Updated
Q: The Bluetooth name is not updated after setting?
A: After setting the Bluetooth name, if it doesn't update immediately, disconnect the Bluetooth connection and then re-pair.
5.5 Data Not Updating from SD Card or USB
Q: No data update at the first time when I plug in SD card or USB in the music player?
A: The music player will scan for data when a storage device is plugged in. If there's a large amount of data, it may take some time (a few seconds to a minute) to update. If it still doesn't update, ensure the storage device is properly mounted. Check the file browser to see if the storage directory is visible. If not, re-plug the card/USB or check the hardware.
