Setup Guide
1. Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your headphones.
- Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The indicator light will show a steady green during charging.
- Charging typically takes about 2 hours. The green light will turn off once fully charged.
2. Bluetooth Pairing
Pair your headphones with your smart device (phone, tablet, computer) to enable wireless audio.
- Ensure the headphones are turned off.
- Press and hold the multi-function button on the headphones to turn them on. The indicator light will flash green and white alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smart device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices. You should see "联想 thinkplus-TH30" (Lenovo thinkplus-TH30) in the list.
- Tap on "联想 thinkplus-TH30" to connect. Once connected, the indicator light on the headphones will turn off.
- The headphones have a memory function and will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when turned on, if the device's Bluetooth is active and within range.
3. Wired Connection (AUX)
You can also use the headphones with a wired connection via the 3.5mm AUX audio interface.
- Connect one end of the supplied 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port on the headphones.
- Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack of your device.
- The headphones will function as wired headphones, bypassing Bluetooth.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds. The white light will be on for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds. The green light will go off after two seconds.
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Short press the multi-function button.
- Volume Up: Short press the 'Volume Plus' button.
- Volume Down: Short press the 'Volume Down' button.
- Next Track: Long press the 'Volume Plus' button.
- Previous Track: Long press the 'Volume Down' button.
Phone Calls
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Short press the multi-function button.
- Reject Incoming Call: Long press the multi-function button for 1.5 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double press the multi-function button (when connected via Bluetooth).

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Lenovo TH30 headphones, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Headphones do not power on:
- Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect them to a power source using the Type-C cable and check the charging indicator.
- If the battery is completely drained, it might take a few minutes for the indicator light to appear after connecting to power.
- Cannot pair with a Bluetooth device:
- Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (green and white lights flashing alternately).
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smart device and it is within 10 meters of the headphones.
- Turn off and on the Bluetooth on your device, then try searching again.
- If previously paired, try "forgetting" or "unpairing" the headphones from your device's Bluetooth list and then re-pairing.
- Restart both the headphones and your smart device.
- No sound or low volume:
- Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device.
- Ensure the headphones are properly connected via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm AUX cable.
- If using Bluetooth, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
- If using the AUX cable, ensure it is fully inserted into both the headphones and your device.
- Microphone not working:
- Ensure the headphones are properly connected to your device.
- Check your device's audio input settings to ensure the headphone microphone is selected.
- Test the microphone with a different application or device.
- Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) discrepancy:
- Some product descriptions mention "ANC Hybrid Active Noise Reduction Technology," while other specifications state "No" for Active Noise-Cancellation. Users have also reported a lack of true ANC. Please note that the noise reduction feature may refer to passive noise isolation from the earcups or CVC microphone noise reduction for calls, rather than active noise cancellation for playback.
User Tips
- Comfort: The headphones are designed to fit most ear sizes comfortably for extended wear.
- Siri Activation: To activate Siri (for Apple devices), long press the left earphone button for 2 seconds.
- Microphone Quality: The built-in microphone is designed for clear conversations.
- Water Resistance: The headphones are sweatproof, making them suitable for workouts, but they are not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

Warranty and Support
Warranty Statement:
The product attached to this document is guaranteed as follows: If the product incurs damage due to quality defects under normal use within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"), it will be repaired free of charge. If the manufacturer confirms that it cannot be repaired, a free replacement will be provided. Repaired or replaced products will continue to enjoy warranty coverage for the remainder of the original warranty period (minimum 30 days).
The purchase date is determined by the sales invoice date. If the purchase date cannot be determined, the warranty period will be calculated as thirteen (13) months from the product's manufacturing date.
Conditions for Invalid Warranty:
- Exceeding the valid period of the "Three Guarantees" (warranty, replacement, repair).
- Alteration of the warranty card, or if the product code does not match the product itself.
- Failure or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper transportation, use, maintenance, or storage.
- Failure or damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquake, war, fire) or accident.
- Damage to zippers or buckles due to excessive force.
- Disconnection or tearing caused by excessive load.
- Any damage caused by sharp objects.
- Products showing signs of burning or water immersion.
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- Aging, discoloration, abrasion, rupture, and other wear and tear that occurs during normal use of the product.
- If the product's original identification label is changed or damaged, this guarantee will become invalid.
The completeness and appearance of the product and accompanying materials are not within the scope of the guarantee. You should inspect them upon receipt and raise any objections immediately.
