6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Unlocking Methods

Your smart door lock offers multiple convenient and secure unlocking methods:

  • 3D Face Recognition: The lock automatically senses and unlocks when you walk in front of the door. It adapts to different groups of people and changes in human faces (e.g., with glasses, hat, or makeup), eliminating the need for physical contact.

  • Fingerprint: The fingerprint sensor is designed for comfortable pressing at a 35° inclined angle. An external breathing light makes it easy to locate in the dark. It boasts a recognition speed of less than 0.5 seconds, a false recognition rate of less than 0.01%, and a rejection rate of less than 0.0001%. The intelligent AI learning system can store up to 100 fingerprints and is designed to refuse forged fingerprints.

  • Doorbell/Intercom not working: Check app settings for notifications. Ensure stable internet connection for remote functions.
  • Physical damage/broken parts: While the lock is made of durable aluminum alloy and features an escape handle resistant to high temperatures, if any part breaks, contact customer support for spare parts or repair options.
  • Lock cylinder issues: The lock features a Class C true insert core for high security. If you experience issues with the mechanical key or cylinder, contact support.

9. User Tips

  • Installation Precision: Many users find installation challenging. Carefully measure your door's thickness and existing mortise dimensions before purchasing. If in doubt, consider professional installation.
  • User Capacity: The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints and 20 IC cards. Plan your user registrations accordingly.
  • Color/Finish Options: The product is typically available in black or grey aluminum alloy. If you are looking for specific finishes like copper or bronze, please confirm with the seller before purchase.
