4.2 Water Tank Version Specific Setup
- Fill the fresh water tank with clean water.
- Ensure the wastewater tank is empty before starting cleaning cycles.
- The dock is portable and can be placed freely, but ensure it's accessible for the robot.
4.3 Ultra-Thin Auto Water Version Specific Setup (Requires Plumbing)
This version requires professional installation due to plumbing connections for automatic water refill and drainage. Please ensure your installation environment meets the following requirements:
- Water Source: Municipal tap water with a pressure range of 0.14MPa to 0.8MPa. A three-way valve for fresh water is included and can be installed on standard angle valves and four-way faucets.
- Power Supply: 220V AC. A power outlet must be within 1.5m of the product.
- Drainage: Connect the waste pipe to a floor drain or sewer pipe. If using a wall drain, ensure it is 70cm or less above the ground to prevent poor drainage or sewage backflow.
- Installation Surface: Install on a hard surface like wood or tile flooring.
- Location: Install the product near a water supply and drainage source (e.g., kitchen, balcony, or a bathroom with dry/wet separation). Avoid bathrooms without dry/wet separation to prevent water damage.
- Cabinet Installation: If installing in a cabinet, reserve a height of >30cm, a depth of >46cm, and a width of >47cm. Reserve an area in front of the base of 1m long by 47cm wide for robot access.
- Thresholds/Sliding Door Rails:
- If less than 2cm high: Installation is possible.
- If between 2cm and 3.5cm high: A climbing mat may be needed (purchased separately).
- If >3.5cm high: Installation is not possible.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your robot vacuum, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot does not start or respond. | Low battery; power switch off; robot stuck. | Ensure robot is charged; check power switch; clear any obstructions. |
| Reduced suction power. | Dust bin full; filter clogged; main brush tangled. | Empty dust bin; clean/replace filter; clean main brush. |
| Mop leaves streaks or is not cleaning effectively. | Mop pads dirty; water tank empty (Tank Version); wastewater detection issue. | Ensure mop pads are clean; refill water tank; check dock for proper mop washing. |
| Robot gets stuck frequently. | Excessive obstacles; LiDAR obstructed; robot attempting to clean areas too low. | Clear floor of small objects; clean LiDAR sensor; use no-go zones for problematic areas. |
| App connectivity issues. | Wi-Fi signal weak; incorrect network settings. | Ensure strong Wi-Fi signal; re-pair device in app; check router settings. |
