2. Package Contents

3. Product Overview and Controls
Familiarize yourself with the speaker's layout and controls:
- Lanyard buckle: For attaching the carrying strap.
- Play/Pause Button: Short press to Play/Pause. Long press for Power On/Off.
- Mode Switch (M) Button: Short press to switch modes (Bluetooth, TF Card, AUX, USB). Long press for Couplet (TWS pairing). Double click to Switch Colorful Lights.
- Volume Down (-) Button: Short press for Volume -. Long press for Previous Track.
- Volume Up (+) Button: Short press for Volume +. Long press for Next Track.
- AUX Port: For wired audio connection.
- Charging Port: USB-C port for charging.
- TF Port: For Micro SD card playback.
- USB Port: For USB disk playback.
4. Setup Instructions
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the speaker for approximately 3-5 hours using the provided USB-C charging cable and a compatible DC 5V power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show charging status.
4.2 Power On/Off
Long press the Play/Pause button to power the speaker ON or OFF.
4.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Power on the speaker. The indicator light will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select 'ZEALOT-S49' from the list to connect.
- Once connected, the indicator light will be solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
4.4 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing
To pair two ZEALOT S49 speakers for a stereo experience:
- Ensure both ZEALOT S49 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
- On one speaker, long press the 'M' (Mode Switch) button. You will hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
- The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
- Now, connect your device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described in the 'Bluetooth Pairing' section. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button.
- Volume Up/Down: Short press the '+' or '-' buttons.
- Next/Previous Track: Long press the '+' button for the next track, and long press the '-' button for the previous track.
5.2 Mode Switching
Short press the 'M' button to cycle through available modes: Bluetooth, TF Card, AUX, and USB Disk.
5.3 Calling
- Answer/End Call: Short press the Play/Pause button when a call comes in.
- Reject Call: Long press the Play/Pause button when a call comes in.
5.4 Light Modes
Double click the 'M' button to switch between different colorful light modes or turn the lights off.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the speaker. Do not use organic solvents or other chemicals, as they may damage the finish or internal components.
6.2 Storage
Store the product at room temperature, away from fire, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. Avoid environments with excessive humidity or dust.
6.3 Water Resistance
The speaker is IPX6 waterproof, resistant to splashes, rain, and gentle spray. Do NOT immerse the speaker directly into water. Ensure the charging port's dust filter is closed before exposure to water to maintain its water resistance.
6.4 Battery Care
Do not expose the battery to sunlight, fire, or similar overheating conditions. If the battery needs replacement, ensure it is replaced with the same type by a qualified professional to avoid explosion hazards.
7. Troubleshooting
- Keeps cutting out when playing: Ensure the speaker is within the operating range (up to 10m) and there are no obstacles between the speaker and your device.
- Not able to connect to your device: Restart the speaker and try pairing again.
- Not able to play music from Micro SD card: Ensure the Micro SD card is formatted to FAT32. Only FAT32 format is supported. Also, ensure music files are in APE, FLAC, WAV, WMA, or MP3 format.
- No sound when playing: Adjust the volume on both the speaker and your connected device. Check if the speaker is paused.
- No sound in AUX-in mode: Ensure the audio cable is securely connected to both the speaker's AUX port and your device's audio output.
- Not able to turn on: Try charging the speaker for approximately 3 hours.
- No response to any operation: Reset the speaker by pressing the reset button located in the AUX-in jack (a small pinhole).
