2. Product Overview
The CMACEWHEEL RX20 is a foldable electric bicycle designed for versatile riding. It features a powerful 750W motor, a 48V 15Ah/17Ah battery, and 20*4.0 inch fat tires for various terrains.

3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unboxing
Your e-bike comes partially assembled in a package measuring approximately 98cm x 44cm x 83cm. Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for any damage during transit.

3.2 Unfolding the E-bike
- Carefully lift the folded bicycle from its packaging.
- Locate the main frame hinge and release the locking mechanism.
- Unfold the frame until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged.
- Adjust the handlebar stem to the upright position and secure its locking mechanism.
- Adjust the seat post to your desired height and tighten the quick-release lever.
- Unfold the pedals.
3.3 Battery Installation and Initial Charge
The RX20 comes with a 48V 15Ah or 17Ah lithium battery. For optimal performance and longevity, fully charge the battery before its first use.


- Installation: Insert the battery into the frame compartment. Use the provided key to lock the battery securely in place.
- Charging: Connect the European standard round plug charger (100-240V, 2A) to the charging port on the battery or frame, then plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
- Removal: Unlock the battery with the key and carefully slide it out for external charging or storage.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 King-meter Instrument Display
The King-meter intelligent LCD display provides essential riding data.

4.2 Handlebar Controls
Familiarize yourself with the controls on both handlebars for safe operation.

4.3 Riding Modes
The RX20 offers three riding modes:
- Electric-only mode: Use the throttle for full electric propulsion without pedaling.
- Cycling mode (without electric): Ride as a traditional bicycle, using pedal power only.
- Assistant mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal, making riding easier, especially on inclines. Adjust assistance levels using the display controls.
4.4 Headlights and Taillights
Ensure visibility with the integrated lighting system.

- Turn on the headlight using the headlight switch on the left handlebar.
- The taillight highlights when braking.
- Pressing the left and right steering buttons will cause the tail lights to flash, signaling turns to vehicles and pedestrians behind you.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Care
- Charging: Always use the original charger. Do not overcharge or completely drain the battery.
- Storage: Store the battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge it to about 50-70% every 1-2 months.
- Avoid exposing the battery to water or moisture.
5.2 Tire Maintenance
The RX20 uses CST 20*4.0 fat tires.
- Regularly check tire pressure before each ride. Maintain pressure within the recommended range printed on the tire sidewall.
- Inspect tires for wear, cuts, or punctures.
5.3 Brake System
The e-bike is equipped with disc brakes.
- Check brake levers for proper tension and responsiveness.
- Inspect brake pads for wear and replace them if necessary.
- Ensure brake rotors are clean and free from oil or grease.
5.4 General Cleaning
- Clean the e-bike with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid high-pressure washing, especially near electrical components.
- Lubricate the chain regularly to ensure smooth operation and prevent rust.

If you encounter issues, refer to this section. The King-meter display can show an 'ERROR' message (Figure 4.2, item 4) indicating a fault.
