  • Device not powering on: Ensure the power source is connected correctly via Type-C or alligator clips and is providing the correct voltage (4.2V-4.5V). Check if the external current meter terminals are properly re-inserted if not in use.
  • Battery not activating/charging:
    • Verify the battery is correctly seated in the appropriate holder for its model.
    • Ensure the "Activate" button has been pressed.
    • Check the battery's condition; severely damaged or completely dead batteries may not activate.
  • Incorrect voltage/current display: Ensure all connections are secure. If using an external meter, verify its calibration and connection.
  • Phone not charging from output ports: Confirm the board is powered on and the charging cable is functional and correctly connected to both the board and the phone.

10. User Tips

  • Always double-check the battery model against the labels on the board to ensure proper connection and avoid damage.
  • For optimal performance, use a stable and reliable power supply for the activation board.
  • While the board supports a wide range of models, always confirm compatibility for specific, less common devices.
