2.1. 4-Channel Variant (Optional)
A 4-channel version of the battery tester may also be available, offering independent testing for up to four batteries. Its dimensions are approximately 149mm x 110mm x 35mm (5.86in x 4.33in x 1.37in).

3. Setup Instructions
3.1. Power Supply Connection
The XH-M239 can be powered in two ways:
- Using 18650 Batteries: Insert two 18650 lithium batteries into the designated battery holders on the module. Ensure correct polarity.
- Using DC5-12V External Power: Connect a DC5-12V power adapter to the 5.5 * 2.1mm power interface.
3.2. Test Battery Connection
Connect the battery to be tested to the appropriate terminals. The module supports 18650 lithium batteries directly in the holders and other 3.7V square lithium batteries via external wiring.

- 18650 Lithium Battery (Tester Power Supply ①): Insert into the left battery holder.
- 5.5 * 2.1 Power Interface DC5-12V (Tester Power Supply ②): Connect external power here.
- 18650 Lithium Battery (Test Battery ①): Insert into the right battery holder for testing.
- 3.7V Square Lithium Battery (Test Battery Connection Mode ②): Connect positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to the screw terminals on the right side of the board.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Display Elements (2-Channel Version)

- Battery Power: Four-grid display.
- Measurement Status: Indicates if measurement is in progress or ended (corresponding middle circle).
- Current Voltage: Displays the real-time voltage of the battery.
- Termination Voltage: The set voltage at which discharge will stop.
- Discharge Current: The current being drawn from the battery during discharge.
- Cumulative Capacity: The total capacity discharged, shown in mAh or mWh.
4.2. Button Functions (2-Channel Version)
- Left Button (Short Press): Switches display between MAH and MWH.
- Middle Button (Short Press): Starts or pauses the testing process.
- Middle Button (Long Press): Resets the data.
- Right Button (Long Press): Sets the discharge stop voltage. Long press '888' to restore factory settings.
- Power Switch: Turns the device ON/OFF.
Note: If no operation is performed, settings are automatically saved 5 seconds after completion.

- Status indicator (17, 18, 19, 20): Indicates the status of each channel (CHN1, CHN2, CHN3, CHN4).

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and accurate performance of your XH-M239 battery capacity tester, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to moisture, dust, and corrosive substances.
- Store the tester in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Do not drop or subject the device to strong impacts.
- Periodically check all connections for looseness or damage.
- If using 18650 batteries for power, ensure they are in good condition and charged appropriately.
6. Troubleshooting
- Device does not power on:
- Check if the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Ensure the 18650 power supply batteries are correctly inserted with proper polarity and are sufficiently charged.
- If using external DC power, verify the power adapter is connected securely and providing the correct voltage (DC5-12V).
- Display is blank or unreadable:
- Check power supply as above.
- Ensure the display is not physically damaged.
- Inaccurate readings:
- Ensure the test battery is properly connected to the correct terminals.
- Verify the load resistor (10W 8Ω) is correctly installed and not damaged.
- Perform a data reset (long press the middle button on the 2-channel version) or restore factory settings (long press '888' on the right button for 2-channel version).
- Display language is not English:
- The device's display language may be fixed and not user-changeable. Refer to the product description or contact support for clarification.
7. User Tips
- Always double-check battery polarity before inserting or connecting to prevent damage to the tester or battery.
- For consistent results, ensure the test environment is stable and free from extreme temperature fluctuations.
