  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to about 50-70% before storage.
  • Do not expose the battery to high temperatures.

7.3. Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use a protective case to prevent scratches and damage.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Device won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and try again. If still unresponsive, try pressing the RESET button with a thin tool.
  • Games not loading/saving: Check if the TF card is properly inserted into the TF2/EXT slot. Ensure the game files are in the correct format and directory structure for the emulator. If new games are not saving, verify the TF card is not corrupted or full.
  • Audio noise from speakers/headphones: Try adjusting the volume. If the issue persists, test with different headphones to rule out a faulty accessory. A system restart or checking for firmware updates might resolve software-related audio issues.
  • External WiFi not connecting: Ensure the wireless network card is securely inserted into the OTG port. Check network settings within the system to ensure the correct WiFi network is selected and the password is entered correctly.
  • Device freezes/becomes unresponsive: Press the RESET button located on the bottom of the console using a small pin or paperclip. This will force a restart without data loss.
