2. Setup
2.1. Security Panel Installation
The security panel can be wall-mounted or placed on a desktop. For wall mounting:
- Install the hanging plate on the wall using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are fully nailed and the hanging board is parallel.
- Align the hole on the back of the panel with the hanging plate and install it.
Important Notes for Installation:
- Install the panel in the center of your home to optimize signal reception and transmission.
- Place it closer to your WiFi router for better connectivity.
- Avoid installing devices on metal surfaces or load-bearing walls.

2.2. Smart Life APP Setup
The system integrates with the Tuya Smart Life APP for remote control and management.
- Download the APP: Scan the QR code below or search for "Smart Life" in your device's app store.

Scan to download the Smart Life APP. - Enable all usage permissions for the APP in your phone settings.
- Sign up or log in to your APP account.
- Connect Panel to Smart Life APP:
- Ensure your router is set up for 2.4GHz WiFi, as the panel only supports this frequency.
- Turn on your mobile phone's WiFi and Bluetooth, and connect to the 2.4GHz WiFi band.
- On the security panel, connect it to the power supply and turn the backup battery switch to "ON".
- If it's the first time, the panel will guide you. Otherwise, go to Menu > Settings > WiFi and enter the default user code (1234).
- Press "Airlink" on the panel to enter WiFi pairing mode.
- On the Smart Life APP, go to the "Home" interface, click "+" to add a device, and select "Smart Security Panel".
- Input your 2.4GHz WiFi name and password, then click "Next".
- Once successfully paired, you can remotely control the alarm system via the APP.
2.3. Setting Up Security Devices
To add accessories to your system:
- Go to Menu > Accessories on the security panel and enter the user code (Default: 1234).
- Select the type of sensor (Entry, Motion, Urgent, General) and press "+".
- Press "+ Pair" and then trigger the accessory (e.g., separate the two parts of an entry sensor, wave hands in front of a motion sensor).
- Once paired, you can rename the sensors in the APP.
Entry Sensor (DS100)
Entry sensors are recommended for important entrances like doors and windows.
- Clean the installation area thoroughly.
- Apply double-sided tape to the bottom of the sensor parts.
- Install the larger transmitter and smaller magnet separately on the door/window frame. Ensure the triangle marks on both parts face each other and the distance between them is less than 0.6 inches.
- An indicator light will confirm successful installation when the door/window is opened.

Motion Sensor (PR110)
Motion sensors detect movement within their range.
- Recommended installation height: 79-87 inches (2.0-2.2m) above the ground.
- Install in a corner or on a flat wall without obstacles or blind spots.
- Avoid direct exposure to cold/hot vents or sources.
- Ensure pets cannot easily trigger it to prevent false alarms.

Controller (R01)
The controller allows quick arming/disarming and triggering emergency alarms.
- Pair by pressing any key on the controller after selecting "Controller" and "+" on the panel.

Multifunction Button (K010) - Doorbell/SOS Button
This button can be configured as a doorbell or an SOS emergency button.
- Doorbell: Pair by pressing the button after selecting "Doorbell" and "+" on the panel.
- SOS Button: Pair by pressing the button after selecting "Urgent" and "+" on the panel.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Main Interface
The main interface of the security panel displays the current time, date, and system status. It provides quick access to Log, Menu, Away Arm, Stay Arm, and Disarm functions.

3.3. Alarm Modes
- Away: The system is fully monitored. When accessories are triggered, the panel will alarm.
- Home: Some areas are monitored. Useful when you are at home and want to monitor specific zones.
- Disarm: Monitoring is canceled. Only SOS buttons or accessories set to "Always" mode can trigger an alarm.
3.4. Phone/SMS Alarm Rules
The system supports setting up to 5 alarm phone numbers for calls and SMS alerts.
- When an alarm is triggered, the panel first sends SMS messages to the set numbers.
- After SMS, it starts calling the first number. If no answer after three attempts, it calls the next number.
- If one number answers, subsequent numbers will not be called.

3.5. Security Settings
Access these settings via Menu > Security on the panel.
- Delay: Customize countdown times for arming and alarming.
- Code:
- User Code: Default is 1234.
- System Code: Default is 9876.
- Obfuscated Code: Allows entering 5-8 digits, as long as the correct 4 digits are present in succession.
- Password Validity Period: After selection, you don't need to re-enter the password for 2 minutes.
- Alarm: Configure local alarm sound, external siren sound, siren beep on arm/disarm, and delay beep.
3.6. Language Settings
The system supports 10 languages: English, Dutch, Spanish, Russian, French, Polish, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Chinese. You can change the language via Menu > Settings > Language.

4. Maintenance
4.1. Battery Replacement
The security panel has a built-in 3.7V 1200mAh lithium battery. Accessories like the remote control, entry sensors, motion sensors, and multifunction buttons use various batteries (CR2032, 23A 12V, AA). The system will provide a low battery alarm reminder when accessory batteries are low.
To replace batteries for Entry Sensor A (CR2032): Lift the cover to access the battery compartment.
To replace batteries for Entry Sensor B (CR2450x2): Slide the back cover in the direction of the arrow to remove it, then replace the batteries.
To replace batteries for Multifunction Button (23A 12V): Open the cover by prying it open, replace the battery, and then close the cover.
4.2. OTA Online Upgrade
The system supports OTA (Over-The-Air) online upgrades. This allows for continuous feature updates and stability improvements without needing to replace hardware. When an update is available, you can perform it directly from the panel's interface.

8. User Tips
- SIM Card Setup: If you are using a SIM card for 4G connectivity, ensure that the SIM card does not have a PIN code enabled. Disable the PIN code on a mobile phone before inserting it into the security panel.
- WiFi Connectivity: For optimal performance, keep your WiFi router close to the security panel. The system primarily uses 2.4GHz WiFi.
- Google Assistant/Alexa Integration: The system is compatible with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. You can use voice commands to arm or disarm your system.
