Introduction
The ATORCH AT24C 100A is an advanced digital AC power energy meter designed for comprehensive electrical monitoring. Featuring a 2.4-inch high-definition color screen and Bluetooth wireless data transmission, this multi-function device measures AC voltage, current, power, energy consumption, frequency, power factor, and operating time. It supports three major computer online system APP software (Android, Apple, PC) for convenient data analysis and remote control. This meter is ideal for monitoring various household appliances, industrial equipment, and general AC power supplies, providing real-time data and alarm functions for safe and efficient electrical usage.
Setup
1. Physical Installation
The AT24C meter is designed for easy integration. Its installation dimensions are 76mm (length) x 53mm (width), and the panel size is 85.7mm (length) x 63mm (width). It comes with self-adhesive backing for convenient mounting into various enclosures.

2. Wiring Diagram
Connect the meter according to the following diagram. Ensure all connections are secure and correct to prevent damage and ensure accurate readings. The current transformer (CT) should be installed around the live wire (L Output) of the load.

3. APP Installation and Bluetooth Connection
The AT24C supports mobile app connectivity for both Android and iOS devices, as well as PC software.
- Android APP: Search for "E-test" on Google Play or download from the provided link: U_Meter-Phone_mobile.apk.
- iOS APP: Search for "E_test" on the Apple App Store.
- PC Software: User manual, PC software installation instructions, and PC software download links are available at: AT24C Mediafire Folder.
To connect via Bluetooth:
- Plug the AT24 Voltmeter into a USB charger; the Bluetooth indicator will light up.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Open the E-test APP. When the USB tester is powered on, and the Bluetooth indicator is flashing, tap the Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner of the APP to select the USB tester model (AT24-BLE).
- Once connected, the measurement data will be displayed in the APP.

Operating Instructions
1. Key Operations
The meter features simple button controls for navigation and settings:
- Click the "+" or "-" button to switch the measurement interface.
- Click the "+" button to enter the electricity price setting. The number on the screen will flash. Set the electricity price using "+" or "-" and press "M" button to confirm.
- Long press the "M" button to enter the background settings. Here you can set various parameters such as over-voltage, over-current, and data reset.

2. Background Settings
Access the background settings by long-pressing the 'M' button. Here you can configure various operational parameters:
- Display Brightness: Adjust the screen brightness.
- Standby Brightness: Set brightness for standby mode.
- Over-Voltage Threshold: Set the maximum allowed voltage.
- Over-Current Threshold: Set the maximum allowed current.
- Over-Power Threshold: Set the maximum allowed power.
- Price: Set the unit price for electricity calculation.
- Default Settings: Restore factory default settings.
- Reset: Clear accumulated data.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and readability, gently wipe the screen and casing with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the display or finish.
2. Protective Film
The meter's screen comes with a protective film. It is recommended to keep this film on during installation to prevent scratches. Once installed, you may carefully remove it for clearer viewing.
Troubleshooting
1. No Display / Incorrect Readings
- Ensure the meter is correctly wired and receiving power (AC50-300V).
- Verify the current transformer (CT) is correctly installed around the live wire of the load.
- Check for loose connections.
2. Bluetooth Connection Issues
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Verify the AT24 Voltmeter is powered on and its Bluetooth indicator is flashing.
- Check APP permissions for Bluetooth and location access (refer to Figure 6 for Android permission settings).
- Restart the APP and try reconnecting.
- Ensure the APP is the latest version.
3. Over-Voltage/Current/Power Alarms
If the meter displays an OVT (Over-Voltage), OCT (Over-Current), or OPT (Over-Power) alarm, it indicates that the measured value has exceeded the set threshold. Check your electrical load and adjust the thresholds in the background settings if necessary (refer to Figure 8).
