Troubleshooting

1. No Display / Incorrect Readings

  • Ensure the meter is correctly wired and receiving power (AC50-300V).
  • Verify the current transformer (CT) is correctly installed around the live wire of the load.
  • Check for loose connections.

2. Bluetooth Connection Issues

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
  • Verify the AT24 Voltmeter is powered on and its Bluetooth indicator is flashing.
  • Check APP permissions for Bluetooth and location access (refer to Figure 6 for Android permission settings).
  • Restart the APP and try reconnecting.
  • Ensure the APP is the latest version.

3. Over-Voltage/Current/Power Alarms

If the meter displays an OVT (Over-Voltage), OCT (Over-Current), or OPT (Over-Power) alarm, it indicates that the measured value has exceeded the set threshold. Check your electrical load and adjust the thresholds in the background settings if necessary (refer to Figure 8).
