3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Automatic Detection
Once the iBridge A3 is connected to a device, it will automatically begin to detect the tail plug's status. The screen will display relevant pin data for both Lightning and Type-C interfaces, indicating GND, VBUS, D+, D-, CC1, CC2, and other lines.
4.2 Current and Voltage Monitoring (Type-C Only)
For Type-C interface devices, the iBridge A3 can monitor current and voltage within 30V/5A. The display will show VBUS (Voltage), IBUS (Current), and PWR (Power) readings. This function is specifically for Type-C connections.

4.3 Retesting
To retest the connection or after making adjustments, simply press the switch once and wait for the device to perform a new scan. The device automatically locks charging faults, allowing for quick retests without losing previous diagnostic context.

4.4 Navigating Settings
Use the toggle switch to change between detection modes and access the setting interface. Press the switch to confirm selections. Long-press for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.

- No Display/Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is sufficiently charged. Long-press the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on.
- Incorrect Display Orientation: If the display orientation is incorrect, navigate to the settings interface and select "Auto-rotate."
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the device is firmly connected to the tail plug of the target device. Perform a one-key retest to refresh the readings.
- No Current/Voltage Readings for Type-C: This function is only available for Type-C interface devices. Ensure you are testing a Type-C device.
- Device Not Responding: Try turning the device off and on again. If issues persist, contact customer support.
