Place the scale on a hard and flat surface, avoiding carpets and soft surfaces.
Step softly on the scale, stand evenly without moving.
To read the measurement, look at the point marked with a red line when you are on the scale.
To recalibrate, use knob C to ensure the red line indicates 0.
