Why won't my JoveTrans Lite earbuds connect to the app even though they are connected to Bluetooth for music and calls?

How do I turn on/off active noise cancellation on Jovetrans Lite earbuds?
How do I turn on/off active noise cancellation on JoveTrans Lite earbuds?
Based on the available documentation for the JoveTrans Lite Translator Earbuds, there is no mention of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) as a feature of this specific model. The device is primarily designed as a translation tool and standard Bluetooth headset.
The manual indicates that the touch interface (placing your finger on the earphone) is used specifically for triggering the translation function. If the device does support noise cancellation, it is likely passive (provided by the physical fit of the ear tips) or environmental noise cancellation (ENC) for microphones during calls, which typically operates automatically and cannot be manually toggled on or off.
If you are looking to manage settings, you should check the JoveTrans App on your smartphone, as any advanced hardware configurations would be located within the app's device settings menu.
