A. Personal Data Editing

	Press SET button to switch on the monitor. All LCD segments light up briefly and prompt to setting mode starting from Memory selection. Pressing “SET’ button again will take you through the cycle of setting all parameters.
▼/▲ “(Memory Selection)	Press Up/Down Arrow ( ▼/▲) button to advance/reverse to the memory station which you would like to choose or had designated to you. Press “SET’ button to confirm setting. LCD will prompt to next parameter selling (Height) at the same time.
▼/▲ “(Height)”	Press Up/Down Arrow (▼/▲) button to advance/reverse to adjust to your height level. Press “SET’ button to confirm setting. LCD will prompt to next parameter setting (Age) at the same time.
▼/▲ “(Age)”	Press Up/Down Arrow (i./f) button to advance/reverse to adjust your age. Press “SET’ button to confirm setting, LCD will prompt to next parameter setting (Gender) at the same time.
▼/▲ “(Gender)”	Press Up/Down Arrow (▼/▲) button to advance/reverse to choose the gender of your type. Press “SET’ button to normal fat monitor operating mode.

B. Fat Monitor

Press “P1-P8” Unlash “Height, Age, Gender,,	Press “SET’ button to enter normal Fat Monitor operating mode. LCD displays P1 to PB. Confirm your memory station no. and unlash second mortgage “SET’ button. LCD displays height, age and gender. Hold “SET” button 2 sec, LCD will prompt to “O.Okg” (or “O.Olb”). You are ready to weigh yourself and let the scale compute your Fat%, Hydration %.
	Step on the scale gently ( ensure to remove your socks or shoes, wipe dean your feet & the weighting platform to get the best conductive effect). While stepping on, align your feet to the metal conductive pads to start the measurement.

	If you step on the scale too late after the LCD is auto-off, simply press the “SET’ button for 2 sec and wait, and LCD will prompt to show your current settings. Unlash “SET” button to enter normal Fat Monitor operation mode.
	As soon as you step on the scale, LCD will immediately display incrementing digits till ii stabilizes, is locked and flashes, indicating your current weight.
“Body Components”	Within a few seconds, the scale will automatically compute your body components.

C. Taking Weight Measurement Only

Starting up
“0.0kg”
(or “0.0lb”)

As soon as you step on the scale, starting up. LCD will prompt to “O.Okg”(or “O.Olb”). Step onto the scale and your weight will be displayed.

Use the switch on the bottom of the platform to switch between metric system and
US/GB system of units, when the scale is off. Measuring units of height and weight will
be changed simultaneously.
The power will shut down automatically when no operation is detected for about 20
seconds.
When the battery runs low, the warning icon will appear on the display. When this
happens, be sure to replace the battery immediately.
Use the unit on hard, flat and secure surface only.
Place the unit in an area free from high temperature or high humidity. To dean, use
dampened cloth and mild detergent.
Avoid excessive impact or vibration to the unit
If you do not intend to use this unit for a long period of time, remove the battery before
storage.
Do not attempt to disassemble the unit. Otherwise the warranty will become void.
The unit is intended for home and personal use only.
