Get Started-1

Micro USB to USB charging cable
Micro USB to USB charging cable
• 5V, 1A
• Cable length: 100 cms
• Plug the micro usb into the charging port,

plug the other side of the cable into yourlaptop or a wall adaptor

Modes
To choose a mode, press the corresponding mode button.
The button will light up to indicate that the mode has been activated.
Modes

Saregama Mode
In this mode, you can enjoy over 250 Hindi film songs from the Saregama catalogue sung by Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Mohammed Rafi and Mukesh.
• Press the Saregama mode button
• Press I< >I buttons to go to the previous/next song
• Press & Hold the I< or >I button for 3-4 seconds to navigate 10 songs back or forward
• Press the >II button to pause and then re-start play from where you left off

USB Mode
In this mode, you can enjoy songs stored on your USB drives on CARVAAN MINI
• Plug your USB drive into the USB port on CARVAAN MINI
• Press the USB mode button
• Songs will play out in the sequence they are stored on your USB drive
• Press I< >I buttons to move to the next or previous song
• Press & Hold the I< or >I button for 3-4 seconds to navigate 10 songs back or forward
• Press the >II button to pause and then re-start play from where you left off

Remember
• Support for USB 2.0
• You cannot play songs from your phone/laptop or other devices using a USB connector
• Support for MP3 song format only
• Support for USB drives with storage space <=32 GB

Bluetooth Mode
In this mode, you can play songs stored on your personal devices (laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc.) through CARVAAN MINI speakers.
• Press the Bluetooth mode button
• On your personal device (mobile phone, tablet etc.):
◊ Turn on Bluetooth mode
◊ Choose ‘CARVAAN MINI’ from the list of available Bluetooth devices
◊ If you are asked for a password, please type “1234”
◊ You will hear an audio confirmation once the devices have been paired
• Press I< >I buttons to go to the previous/next song
• Press the >II button to pause and then re-start play from where you left off

Remember
• Support for Bluetooth version 4.1
• You can only stream music from your phone, laptop or any other supported device to
CARVAAN MINI. Streaming music from CARVAAN MINI to your personal devices like
Bluetooth headsets etc. is disabled
• You can also use your personal device to pause/play or move to the previous/next song

Playback Status Light
– A blue light in front grille indicates that your CARVAAN MINI is switched on
– The blue light will blink when you play songs in Saregama, USB or Bluetooth modes
– The blue light will be in non-blinking state when songs are paused in Sareama, USB or Bluetooth modes or when waiting to pair in Bluetooth mode or waiting for a pendrive to be connected to USB in USB mode

Battery

Battery

The battery charging light will be on when the battery is being charged. The light automatically switches off when the battery is fully charged or when the battery is not charging.

Low Charge Indicator
An orange light in front grille comes on when charge in battery is below 10%; connect your Saregama CARVAAN MINI with a power source to continue enjoying your favourite music

Safety Handling
1. Care for the product
a. Keep CARVAAN MINI away from heat sources suc has heat registers, stoves etc. Excessive heat may
damage CARVAAN MINI
b. Prevent spillage of water or any other liquid as this can cause failure of CARVAAN MINI or could prove to be a potential fire hazard
c. As a safety precaution, unplug the unit during lightning, storms or when you expect CARVAAN MIN I will not be used for long durations
d. Clean the unit with a dry cloth only
e. Please ensure safe handling of CARVAAN MINI during transportation

2. Care for battery
a. Do not expose the battery to heat sources greater than 60°C
b. Recycle or dispose the battery responsibily when essential. Please ensure proper battery handling and disposal methods
c. Do not subject the battery pack to a mechanical shock
d. In the event of a battery leak, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with water and seek medical advice
e. For prolonging battery life, avoid discharging the battery completely
f. Switch off the power button if the battery is completely discharged

3. Care for Charger
a. Do not use any wire/ chord other than that specifically provided along with CARVAAN MINI
b. Do not walk on or pinch the power chord

Warranty Overview
Carvaan Mini comes with 1-year warranty on all parts (excluding accessories). This includes repair, replacement of damaged parts and servicing.

The warranty does not cover the following:
• Liability for loss of data/content loaded in the product due to misuse or tampering by the customer
• Functionality of the Product(s) and/or Accessories
• Wear and tear of the memory card, speaker and battery if the product is used in commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications
• Damage caused due to Act of God & force majeure events including but not limited to fire or water damage, electrical disturbances etc.

India Domestic Service Warranty

1.Definitions
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms would have the prescribed meanings:

Accessories: The Micro USB to USB cable provided by Saregama to the Customer along with the Product

Saregama: Saregama India Limited, a company having its Office at No.2 Chowringhee Approach, Kolkata- 700072. Product(s):Saregama CARVAAN MINI imported marketed and sold by Saregama, either directly or through its Authorized Dealers / Authorized Resellers including Authorised Online Resellers. Refer the Authorized Dealers / Authorized Resellers / Authorized Online Resellers list at Saregama Website i.e. www.saregama.com (“Website”) Saregama CARVAAN MINI purchased out of India is not covered under Product definition and accordingly not eligible for Saregama Warranty .

Customer: An end-user (a person, firm, company or the legal entity) who purchases the Product from Saregama or its Authorized Dealers / Authorized Resellers / Authorized Online Resellers.

2. Scope of Warranty
This Warranty is available only for the Product and not for the Accessories that come along with the Product. Saregama’s Warranty for the Product is only against any manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship, which provide for the repair of the defective Products(s).

Saregama’s warranty does not cover any accidental damage, loss, Acts of
God, or misuse /abuse of the Product or any other event not attributable to
the manufacturer’s material or workmanship or manufacture of the
Product.

3. Warranty Period
Product is covered under one year standard warranty from the date of
Product purchase by the Customer.

Warranty validation / Warranty period confirmation would be done through
Warranty Card or Customer Invoice.

If a Customer transfers the ownership of Product to another person, the
remainder of the warranty period may also transfer to the new owner.
Customer shall be required to provide proof of purchase or Warranty Card
of the Product, as a pre-condition for availing the warranty of the Product.
No claim made by a third party or made by Customer on behalf of a third
party shall be entertained by Saregama.

4. Warranty Type
Only Carry-in Warranty shall be provided. Such Carry-in Warranty service
requires that the Product be brought by the Customer, at his/her sole cost
and responsibility, to the Authorized Dealers / Authorized Resellers /
Authorized Online Resellers from where the Customer would have
purchased such Product. Once the Product is repaired, Customer shall be
responsible to pick-up the repaired Product from the concerned Authorized Dealers / Authorized Resellers / Authorized Online Resellers with whom the Product was placed for repair.

5. Warranty Terms
Warranty is provided only on the Product that is purchased from
Saregama or Saregama Authorized Dealer, Reseller, or Authorized
Online Resellers.

1-year warranty will be provided on the Product. This includes repair,
replacement of damaged parts and servicing The warranty on the Product will be terminated automatically 1 (one) year from the date of purchase of the Product even if the Product was not in use during the warranty period.
The warranty is limited only to the manufacturing defects in material or
workmanship of the Product.

There is no warranty on the plastic parts of the Product.
This Warranty does not cover liability for loss of data/content loaded in
the Product due to misuse or tampering by the Customer or any third
party. If the content is altered, deleted, or in any way modified,
Saregama shall not be responsible.

Only in case where there is no misuse of the Product or tampering
with the data/content and if serviced under warranty, the Product will
be returned configured as originally purchased. The warranty does
not cover the replacement of the Product. Warranty does not cover
warranty of functionality of the Product.

This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to the memory
card, speaker, battery and display panel (if any) if the Product is used in
commercial, business, industrial, educational or rental applications.
Warranty does not cover damage caused due to Act of God & force
majeure events including but not limited to fire or water damage,
electrical disturbances etc.

Within warranty period, necessary repairs or replacement of any
defective part(s) of the Product will be carried out, if required, to rectify
the problem in the Product. Saregama reserves the right to use
re-engineered part(s) with performance parameter equivalent to the
similar new part(s)/reconditioned unit, for performing the warranty
services.

The replaced part(s) shall become the property of Saregama.
In the event of repairs or replacement of any part(s), during the warranty
period, the warranty of the Product shall thereafter continue only for the
unexpired period of original warranty.

The Warranty of the Product(s) and/or Accessories shall be rendered null and void if:
• The Product is physically damaged.
• The Product is modified, repaired, maintained and /or opened, disassembled by the Customer or any un-authorised person i.e. damage
arising out of unauthorized modification, repair and alteration.
• The Product is operated and/or maintained in ways other than
recommended by Saregama in the user manual. Product operation outside
the usage parameters stated in the user manual provided with the Product.
• Any malfunction in the Product resulting from inadequate safekeeping,
storage at high temperatures or humidity, storage with mothballs or
leakage of batteries.
• Any malfunction in the Product resulting from exposure of the Product to
dirt, sand, water including rust inside the Product, fire and/ or shock.
The model no. or serial no. sticker of Product is removed, mutilated or
tampered with.
• Any damage to the Product arising out of use of any consumables or
accessories other than those supplied by Saregama, Authorized Dealers,
Authorized Resellers or Authorized Online Resellers
• Defect is the result of physical breakage, electric connection or electrical
faults external to the Product.
• Any damage occurs to the Product as a result of Customer’s failure to
follow the directions in the User Manual

6. Limitation of Liability
Saregama makes no other warranty either in writing or otherwise and
expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited
warranty. Saregama does not warrant that the operation of the Product will
be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by the Indian laws,
Saregama disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality,
and fitness for a particular purpose.
Saregama’s maximum liability under this limited warranty is limited to the
price of the Product or the cost of repair or replacement charges,
whichever is lower.
Except as indicated above, in no event will Saregama be liable for Indirect
damage caused due to improper functioning of the Product, including but
not limited to lost profits or savings, business interruption, loss of data, lost
revenue, loss of use, or any other commercial or economic loss of any kind,
or special, incidental, or consequential damages .
This limitation of liability applies in all circumstances i.e. when damages
are sought, a claim made under this limited warranty or as a tort claim
(including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any
other claim. This limitation of liability cannot be waived or modified by any
person. This limitation of liability will be effective even if Customer has
advised Saregama / its representative of the possibility of any such
damages or even if such possibility were reasonably foreseeable.

7.Governing Laws
Any disputes arising in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be
governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kolkata shall have the
exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

Warranty is valid only when the product is purchased from
an authorized dealer and subject to the production of the
original proof of purchase.

For online purchases, the invoice received with the Product
will serve as proof of purchase

General Instructions
Virgin PlusMAX BUZZ VP-T001 is designed to measure the walking steps,
distance and the consumed calories. It also can monitor the sleep quality.
And it has the alarm clock function and caller ID function.
This device has Bluetooth 4.0 technology, the user can set the time
and unit etc. through the bluetooth, and then download the information
to the MAX BUZZ. The data in the MAX BUZZ also can be uploaded to
the device which supports the Bluetooth 4.0 technology. So the user can
check it at anytime.

How to Turn on the MAX BUZZ for Your First Use
The MAX BUZZ is in the shipping mode when you open the box the first
time, so you have to plug it into a USB port or charger to wake the
device up. It will take about 3 seconds before it vibrates twice and show
“Hello!”, an then show the battery charging symbol. Now the MAX BUZZ
is activated, you can use it to start your measurement.

How to Charge the Power
When the OLED displays the following symbol, it reminds you to charge the power at once.

Pull out the wristband, then insert the device’s charging port into the computer or charger’s USB port to finish the charging.

Caution

Install the App and Pair-Up
– Before you use the mobile device which supports Bluetooth 4.0 technology, please turn on the Bluetooth.
– Download the Virgin Pulse app from APP Store or Google Play.
– Install the APP, and register an account. Then set your personal information (Name, Gender, Birthday,Height and weight).
– Enter the Device interface to add the device. Select the QR code scanner icon, use the mobile device to scan the special QR code which is located on the kraft paper for the MAX BUZZ to bind the device, it will synchronize with your mobile device. Before you use the mobile device which supports Bluetooth 4.0
technology, please turn on the Bluetooth.

The time on MAX BUZZ will synchronize with the time on your mobile device. The measuring data will be transmitted to your device which supports Bluetooth 4.0 technology through the Bluetooth.

The operating system must be iOS 9 and above.
For Android devices:
The operating system must be 4.3 and above.

How to Wear the MAX BUZZ
1. Place the MAX BUZZ around your wrist. One side of the MAX BUZZ is with the USB logo. If you wear it around your left wrist, the side with USB logo should be on the inside of your left wrist. If you
wear it around your right wrist, the side with USB logo should be on the outside of your right wrist.
Press the wristband button into the wristband button hole to adjust the suitable wristband length.

Notes: If you need to assemble the wristband first, please insert the wristband which has the USB icon into the USB interface of the MAX BUZZ.Then, insert the wristband which has the button hole into the other interface of the MAX BUZZ.

How to Light it up
If the MAX BUZZ detect the action of watching, the LED will light up automatically, indicating the MAX BUZZ is on. There are two ways to light it up.

The first way: The top case is towards outside, rotate your hand towards inside in horizontal direction about 90° ,then rotate your hand again between 30° and 80° to watch normally, the MAX BUZZ will light up.

The second way: Swing the hand from the vertical posture to the position of watching the watch normally,the surface angle is between 30° and 80°, the MAX BUZZ will light up.

Maintenance
– When carrying out usual maintenance, please ensure practice of the following Do’s and Don’ts:
– DO use a dry soft cloth to wipe the dust.
– DO use a wet soft cloth, dipped into water and wrung out, to wipe the dirt. Then use a dry soft cloth to dry up the device.
– DON’T wash the device with water or immerse it in water.
– DON’T use propellant, abrasive or other chemicals to wipe the dirt in avoidance of discolor or malfunction.

Thank you for purchasing the Mobile WiFi. This Mobile WiFi brings you a high speed wireless network connection.

This document will help you understand your Mobile WiFi so you can start using it right away.

Please read this document carefully before using your Mobile WiFi. For detailed information about the functions and configurations of the Mobile WiFi, refer to the online help on the web management page that comes with the Mobile WiFi.

Application Scenarios
Wi-Fi devices (such as smartphones, tablet computers, and game consoles) or computers can all access the Internet through the Mobile WiFi. The specific connection procedure depends on the operating system of the Wi-Fi device or computer. Establish a connection according to your device’s specific instructions.

The Mobile WiFi uses your operator’s LTE, 3G, or 2G network to access the Internet.

SSID and Wireless Network Encryption Key
When a Wi-Fi device establishes a connection to the Mobile WiFi for the first time, you may need to enter the default Service Set Identifier (SSID) and wireless network encryption key.

It is recommended that you can log in to the web management page and change your SSID and wireless network encryption key.

Charging the Battery
If the Mobile WiFi has not been used for a long time or if the battery is fully depleted, the Mobile WiFi may not power on immediately after the charger is plugged in. Please charge the battery for a while before attempting to power on the Mobile WiFi.

Method 1: Use the charger to charge the device
Note:
Charging the Battery
Only use chargers compatible with the Mobile WiFi and provided by a designated manufacturer. Use of an incompatible charger or one from an unknown manufacturer may cause the Mobile WiFi to malfunction, fail, or could even cause a fire. Such use voids all warranties, whether expressed or implied, on the product.
– The charger is an optional accessory. If it is not included in the package, you may contact an authorized dealer to buy a charger compatible with the Mobile WiFi.
– The Mobile WiFi’s charger model is HW-050100XYW. X and Y represent letters or numbers that vary by region. For details about the specific charger model, contact an authorized dealer.

Method 2: Charge the device through a computer connection
Use the data cable provided with your device to connect the Mobile WiFi to the computer.

Press and hold the power button until indicator lights up, indicating that the Mobile WiFi is turned on.

Press and hold the power button to turn off the Mobile WiFi.
Verifying the PIN
If the Mobile WiFi’s network parameters have been correctly configured but you cannot access the Internet after powering it on, PIN verification may be enabled. Log in to the web management page and enter the PIN when prompted. To avoid entering the PIN every time you power on the Mobile WiFi, disable PIN verification from the web management page.

The PIN/PUK is delivered with your SIM card. For more details, contact your service provider.

Connecting to the Internet
Using an LTE, 3G, or 2G Network

The Mobile WiFi’s management parameters have been preset according to your operator’s requirements.
If data is transmitted, the Mobile WiFi will automatically connect to the Internet. If data is not transmitted for a period of time, the Mobile WiFi will automatically disconnect from the network connection.
Note:
You can log in to the web management page and enable or disable the automatic dialing while roaming function. If this function is turned off, when the Mobile WiFi enters a roaming network, it will automatically disconnect from the Internet connection that has already been established. You will need to manually establish this network connection again.

Logging In to the Web Management Page
1. Make sure the connection between the Mobile WiFi and the Wi-Fi device or computer is working normally.
2. Open the browser, and enter http://192.168.0.1 in the address box.
3. Enter the user name and password to log in to the web management page.
Note:
– The default user name is admin.
– The default password is admin.

Battery Saving Mode
If the Mobile WiFi has been inactive for some time, it enters the standby mode and all the indicators are off. Pressing the power button causes the indicators to light up.

When the Mobile WiFi is being powered only by the battery, you can choose to enable or disable the automatic Wi-Fi off function. If this function is enabled and if no Wi-Fi devices access the Mobile WiFi for a period of time, the Wi-Fi turns off automatically. You can press the power button to turn the Wi-Fi on again.

Restoring to Factory Settings

If you forget the user name, password, or SSID you have set, you can restore the Mobile WiFi to its factory settings.
To do so, simply press and hold the RESET button until the Mobile WiFi restarts.

Example 1: Connecting to a Computer (for example, running the Windows 7 operating system) through Wi-Fi

1. Ensure that the Wi-Fi function is enabled.
2. Select Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Connect to a network.
Note:
Before establishing a Wi-Fi connection, ensure that the computer is equipped with a wireless network adapter. If the computer indicates a wireless network connection, the wireless network adapter can be used. Otherwise, verify that your wireless network adapter is working properly.
3. Select the wireless network connection with the Mobile WiFi’s SSID and click Connect.
Note:
– If the wireless network connection is encrypted, enter the correct wireless network encryption key.
– The default SSID and encryption key are printed on the Mobile WiFi’s label.
4. Wait a moment for the wireless network connection icon to appear in the system tray in the lower right corner of the computer screen. The wireless network connection is then established.

Example 2: Connecting to a Tablet Computer (for example, iPad) through Wi-Fi

1. Touch Settings > Wi-Fi to turn on Wi-Fi.
2. The tablet computer automatically searches for wireless connections and displays a list of access points.
3. Select the access point with the Mobile WiFi’s SSID.
4. If required, enter the correct wireless network encryption key, and tap Join.

(The lock icon indicates that the encryption key is required to connect to this wireless network.)
Note:
Wi-Fi devices, such as an iPhone, iPod touch, PS3 and NDSi, can all access the Internet through the Mobile WiFi. For specific operations, refer to the Wi-Fi device’s user manual.
Tips
When the Mobile WiFi is in use for an extended period of time, it will become warm and may overheat. Should this happen, the Mobile WiFi will automatically close the network connection and turn off to protect itself from damage. If this occurs, place the Mobile WiFi in a well ventilated space to allow the heat to dissipate, then turn it on and continue to use it as normal.
If you are unable to use the Mobile WiFi as normal, try the following:
– Consult the online help on the web management page.
– Restart the Mobile WiFi.
– Restore the Mobile WiFi to the factory settings.
– Consult your operator.

Quick Start

Basic Operations
Basic operations on the Smartband:
– Tap the screen once (hereinafter called tap)
– Tap the screen twice continuously (hereinafter called double-tap)

The screen stays off when no operation is performed. When needed, double-tap to wake up the screen.

By default, the following home screen is displayed when you wake up the screen. The home screen switches between the “time screen” and the “steps/calories screen”. Tap to toggle among the following screens: home, training mode, sleep mode, and heart-rate mode.

Double-tapping on any of the mode screens will turn on or turn off the mode.

Note: The “steps/calories” screen shows the real-time step count and calories of your daily activities.

Function Modes
The Smartband provides three function modes: training mode, sleep mode, and heart-rate mode.

Training Mode
You can set your training goals on the Smartband app, such as running time, distance, and calories. Turn on training mode when you start running, and the Smartband starts to record your workout data. With the ease of getting the time, distance, and calories data, your workout gets well under control.

Trining Modes

– After you enter training mode, the screen displays running time, distance, calories, and real-time heart rate in order. If you have set up a goal on the Smartband app, such as running time, this goal will be displayed in the first place.

After you enter training mode

– When you finish the workout, double-tap to exit training mode. Your workout data is saved.

Sleep mode
In sleep mode, Smartband helps you track your sleeping quality. You can turn on and turn off sleep mode by either operating on the Smartband or setting on the Smartband app.

Wake up the screen, on the following screen, double-tap to turn off sleep mode.

Set the starting and ending time for your sleep on the Smartband app. At the pre-set starting time, the Smartband enters sleep mode automatically. It vibrates and displays the following screen:

At the pre-set ending time, the Smartband exits sleep mode automatically. It vibrates and displays the following screen:

Double-tap, and the screen will display the total time of this sleep and show you the percentage of accomplishing your pre-set goal through a progress bar:

Heart-Rate Mode

You can ask the Smartband for your real-time heart rate. In addition, you can use the heart-rate data to control your training effect more precisely.

– Once in heart-rate mode, the Smartband starts to monitor your heart rate. During the process, the following screen is displayed:

– When the Smartband gets your heart-rate data, it vibrates and displays the data as follows:

– In the Smartband app, you can set upper and lower limits for your heart rate. In training mode, when your heart rate hits the upper or lower limit, the Smartband vibrates to help you control your training.

Note:
– For accuracy of data, wear the Smartband tight enough to keep the heart-rate sensor closely against your skin. The sensor is located in the center on the bottom of the Smartband.

– Avoid any obstacle or scar between the heart-rate sensor and your skin.

– Heart-rate monitoring by the Smartband is for your personal reference only. Do not use it for medical purposes.

 

Pairing

To make full use of the Smartband functions, pair your Smartband with your smartphone or computer.

To pair your Smartband with a device:
1. Ensure that your Smartband is not running in any function mode.
2. On the home screen, double-tap to display the following screen:

“XXXX” represents the Smartband ID.

3. On your smartphone or computer, turn on Bluetooth and open the Smartband app, and select the Smartband you want to pair with. Then following the instructions on the device screen.

Note:
– If pairing succeeds, the Smartband screen displays a “✓”.
–  If pairing fails, the Smartband screen displays “X”.

 

Reminder

The Smartband provides multiple reminders, such as workout reminder, sleeping reminder, incoming call/SMS reminder, and custom reminder. On each type of reminder, the Smartband vibrates and displays text.

If you do not meet your pre-set workout goal for three consecutive days, the Smartband will remind you with the following screen every morning at 9:00 am:

If you do not meet your pre-set sleeping time goal for three consecutive days, the Smartband will remind you with the following screen every evening at 8:00 pm:

Incoming call/SMS reminder
If your smartphone is paired with your Smartband and has Bluetooth turned on, the Smartband will remind you when you receive an incoming call or an SMS. The Smartband will display the phone number of the incoming call or the SMS. If the phone number belongs to one of your phone contacts, the contact name will be displayed.

Note:
– After you read the reminder, tap and the reminder will disappear.
– The reminder only shows the latest incoming call or SMS.
– The screen displays a maximum of 32 characters or 16 Chinese  characters.

Custom Reminder
You can set your custom reminder text and time in the Smartband app. Example:

Data sync
After you have paired your Smartband with your smartphone or computer, the Smartband will automatically sync with the Smartband app when you open the app. If the Smartband has entered a function mode, it does not affect the syncing. You can also click the sync button in the Smartband app to manually sync data anytime.

Resetting the Smartband
To reset the Smartband, do the following:
1. On the home screen, tap continuously for 5 seconds, and the following screen is displayed:

FAQ
Q: How to set the time on the Smartband?
A: When the Smartband syncs with another device, the time on the device is automatically synchronized to the Smartband. No operation is needed.

Q: Why can’t I find my Smartband on the
smartphone or computer app?
A: Ensure that:
– Bluetooth is turned on.
– The Smartband has sufficient power.
– The Smartband is not paired with another device.
– If the cause is still unknown, try to reset the Smartband, restart the other device, or reset Bluetooth.

Q: Why can’t the Smartband detect my heart rate?
A: Ensure that:
– The heart-rate sensor is kept closely against your skin.
– There is no obstacle or scar between the heart-rate sensor and your skin.
– The cover on the sensor is clean.
