PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
Leveling compound
Fibre and polymer-reinforced leveling compound for renovation and plane levelling of floors in bathrooms.
- Self-levelling
- Layer thickness 1–50 mm
- For manual tools or mixing pumps
- Add water only
- For indoor use in wet and dry rooms
MegaPlan X-fiber is recommended for floor levelling of most types of cement-based floors, for example, concrete, screeds, lightweight concrete, etc. MegaPlan X-fiber is supplied in 20 kg bags.MegaPlan X-fiber is a polymer-reinforced levelling compound based on chemical cement.
AREAS OF USE
- MegaPlan X-fiber can be used on solid surfaces of concrete, plaster, wood, chipboard, and tiles.
- A layer thickness of 1-50 mm is used on concrete and screeds.
- A layer thickness of 5-30 mm is used on lightweight concrete.
- For floor levelling in damp and dry areas. Must be covered by membrane in damp/wet areas.
- MegaPlan X-fiber is suitable for all types of warm water and electric underfloor heating.
METHOD
- MegaPlan X-fiber is used according to the instructions on the packaging. Priming: Follow the instructions on the packaging of Mira 4180 primer for various types of substrates.
- Priming with Mira 4140 contact primer is recommended for non-absorbent surfaces and surfaces with poor suction, such as painted surfaces.
MIXING
- 20 kg powder is mixed with approx. 4 litres of pure water.
- Use either a glue mixer on a drill or a mixing pump.
- Mix for a minimum of 2 minutes to form a homogeneous paste.
- The floor leveller can be used for approx. 15–20 minutes
- after mixing at room temperature of +18 °C.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
- Store and transport dry. The product is stable in storage for a minimum of 12 months from the production date in sealed packaging.
